Quincy Sharp - Batman: Arkham Origins (2013)

A member of the Sharp Family, Quincy failed to follow the time old tradition of the family when his application to military academy was denied, due to being identified with schizophrenia.

Choosing instead to focus on politics, he began putting a campaign together to become mayor of Gotham City, wishing to crack down on criminals and rehabilitate them solely for his P.R, while really just exercising sadistic hatred towards crime and offenders.

He was chosen by Ra's al Ghul to be a puppet member of the League of Assassins, contacted by the assassin Shiva to form a partnership with the activist, and promising that with their help he could get his dream job. Wary of "strings", Sharp questioned her motives for prying into his business, however she eventually convinces him that both himself and her master shared goals to "purge" Gotham of criminals.

Following Ra's plans, he set about campaigning for the redevelopment and reopening of the Elizabeth Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane.

Following the Joker's first major attack on Gotham City over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Quincy Sharp went on the Jack Ryder show to publicly condemn the conditions and security of Blackgate Penitentairy, arguing that they did not have the facilities to rehabilitate or  detain Gotham's most serious offenders
, labelling it as a "time bomb". He added that if Blackgate did meet the standards that he proposed, it would not have to two big breakouts that resulted in many serious casualties and losses.

Sharp continued his promotion of the facility, promising to the people of Gotham that he would
lobby the city council and "governor" in order to get the institution running once again for the safety of Gotham and it's citizens.

He claimed that the points being made by his two fellow guests Dr. Dean Snyder and Hank were wrong, arguing that it was neither Batman's fault nor the G.C.P.D for the events of the evening, nor was it the fault of American politics that had (in his view) a "warped" and "broken" mental health and education system.
