An employee of LexCorp Farms (Smallville, Kansas), Sharon Vance was hired to be a tour guide of the facility. She was trained with the necessary facts about the Reach and LexCorp's operations, however was ignorant to the fact that their alliance had more nefarious dealings."True Colours"
On the 8th of April 2016, Sharon was heading a tour around the facility, telling all members involved to "Keep their hands " inside the shuttle service whilst they were moving. Entering one of Lexcorps Hydroponic Domes, she excitedly told the group that both Lex Luthor and their partners The Reach where growing "The Food of the Future."
Questioned by Jonathan Kent about the operation putting other members of Smallville's farming community out of business, Sharon reassured him that the Reach would teach the processes they used to the whole "agricultural community," in their pledge to end world hunger with the aid of Luthor.
Allowing the tour group to taste samples of "Reach" enhanced fruit and vegetables, she quickly added when pushed by Tim Drake that the produce had not undergone any genetic modification during the stages of growth, production and harvest.Answering Drake's second question, she explained to him that all the plants were absorbing a mixture of "water and nutrients," as well as "a bit of Reach/LexCorp love" in the form of an additional additive.
Ready to move on, she led the rest of the tour (with the undercover Alpha Squad splitting off from the rest) into the Pluot Orchard, exaggerating her shock and surprise at the fact that her employers were growing the fruit during Spring.
Completing her shift without realising that four of her tour guests were missing, Sharon went home in her car.
