Blood - The Princess and the Queen (2013)

With his name removed from all frame of knowledge, the man who would become known as Blood was an erstwhile sergeant of the City Watch, who was dismissed by the commander and crown after he drank himself into a deep rage and killed a prostitute with his bare hands. He later became a butcher and a mercenary. He was a very large and powerful man, with proficient training he picked up during his days in the Watch.

He was contacted by a "Pale Stranger," who put him on the task with a known and respected rat-catcher to break into the Red Keep and assassinate one of King Aegon II's children as revenge for the death of Lucerys Velaryon. The orders that he had been given by the former Mistress of Whispers, were to kill a son and a son only.

With Cheese's help, they were both able to slip into the castle undetected, breaking into the guarded Tower of the Hand without bloodshed. Breaching Queen Alicent's chambers, Blood strangled the dowager's bedmaid while his helper took Alicent hostage.

Blood attacked Queen Helaena and her guards, trapping them all in the room and murdering all but Alicent, the Queen and her children. He threatened to kill them if they called out for help. Listening to her pleas to sacrifice herself for her children, he remarked that she wasn't their target and that only the life of a son would balance out the carnage of the Dance of Dragons.

He considered raping Jaehaera as a means to relieve his boredom, forcing Cheese to intervene and demand that Helaena made her decision faster. Receiving the signal from the rat catcher, he decapitated Jaehaerys with a single blow, stealing the severed head and escaping with it before they could be caught.

His actions had a lasting effect on Helaene, eventually leading to her suicide and the riot in King's Landing that helped destroy the majority of Queen Rhaenyra's support within King's Landing.

Cheese - The Princess and the Queen (2013)

Formerly hired by the royal family to act as a rat-catcher to the Red Keep, history and songs would only remember this man as Cheese.

Following the death of Lucerys Velaryon, Daemon Targaryen asked the King's former Mistress of Whispers to find him some assassins that could kill one of King Aegon II's sons. "The Pale Stranger" hired Cheese along with an ex member of the Gold Cloaks to complete the act, fully aware of his knowledge of the tunnels and passageways beneath the stronghold. Utilising the snickets, Cheese led the two of them into the very centre of the castle, slipping past all the City Watch and King's Guard without being detected.

History questioned whether they were also tasked with making an attempt on the King's life as well, however many people said that Cheese's memory of the entrances would not have been enough to get into Maegor's Stronghold.

Instead they attacked the Tower of the Hand, entering the bedchamber  of dowager queen Alicent Hightower and taking her hostage. Cheese tied her up and waited for Queen Helaena and the children to arrive to say goodnight to their grandmother, which the assassin knew was a nightly ritual for the Queen and her progeny.

He snuck out from the shadows and captured Maelor Targaryen, declaring to the queen that they were "debt collectors" with the goal of "a son for a son".  He went on to promise that they would not hurt the others, as long as they could kill the son she chose without any delay or obstruction. He advised that she hurried up and made her choice, fully aware of Blood's proclivity for rape and violence and warning her that if the former sergeant got bored, he would have no qualms with sexually assaulting her six year old daughter Jaehaera. Finally, growing impatient of pushing her, he gave her the ultimatum to chose one or all of the children die.

Hearing her choice to kill her youngest son, Cheese viciously remarked to the two year old that Halena wanted him dead, before giving Blood the signal to decapitate Jaehaerys. In the panic and confusion, Cheese and Blood escaped and were never seen again.

Their actions helped lead to the suicide of Queen Helaena and open rebellion throughout King's Landing, prompting the destruction of the Dragon Pit, forcing Queen Rhaenyra to flee back to Dragonstone for her life.

Deathstroke - Young Justice Invasion (2012)

A famous assassin, Slade Wilson was one of the best mercenaries in the World, putting him on the Light's radar as a potential ally. Hee accepted their offer and became one of their enforcers.

Both Deathstroke and Sportsmaster were ordered by the Light to make a hit on Ted Kord, in an attempt to retrieve the original Reach Scarab that had landed on Earth. Although Kord put up a fight, he was eventually killed, but not before the Scarab was sent hurtling out of Kord Industries in the resulting explosion - leading to the Scarab bonding to Jaime Reyes' spine.

Formerly one of the Light's enforcers and operatives, Deathstroke was made chief enforcer, replacing the angered Sportsmaster - without the latter's knowledge. He was granted pivotal information, including a list of the Light's operatives, as well as the names of the seven members that formed and controlled the running of the group.

"True Colours"

Before Sportsmaster can kill Black Manta with a throwing disk in the Light's West Mongolian Hideout, Deathstroke shot the projectile out of the sky, coldly regarding his former partner with a stare.

Chasing after Sportsmaster as Crock made his escape, relieving that he was outmatched against one of the best assassins in the business, Deathstroke attempted to eliminate his former teammate for his betrayal. However both Lawrence and his daughter Jade (the pilot of Crock's helicopter and the assassin known as Cheshire) managed to get away.

"The Fix"

Backed up by Tigress (the undercover Artemis Crock), Deathstroke was sent by Black Manta to capture Miss Martian and return her to the Manta-Sub, tracking down their target to a junkyard in Chicago (the cover for a Zeta Beam) on the ninth of August.

Interrupting an intimate conversation between M'Gann M'orzz and La'Gaan, Deathstroke told the pair that although he hated to interfere with their "inter-species romance," he was going to to have to kidnap Miss Martian as part of his contract. Using his sword to refract sunlight into their eyes, he jumped down from his position on top of an old car, kicking Lagoon Boy to the ground.

Making several swipes at his Atlantean Opponent, Deathstroke grew angry at Lagoon Boy's call for backup, kicking him against a used car whilst stating that he could not "savour the battle" with a time limit placed on their heads.

He was unphased by Lagoon Boy transforming into shape and mass with magic, using explosive pellets to blast him back and send him hurtling into a car with such force that it broke his leg. Callously remarking that he didn't want to leave a "poor animal {to} suffer," he punched La'Gann in the face, calling it an "antithetic" and turned his focus back to their primary target on "The Light's Hit List."

Taking the opportunity to catch M'Gann offguard, having been incapacitated by Tigress, Deathstroke attached a Belle Reve Inhibitor Collar around her neck, triggering an electronic pulse through it that rendered the martian hero unconscious. They leave with their hostage, escaping in the Manta Flyer just in time to avoid meeting Superboy and Nightwing.

Bringing their hostage back to the Manta Sub, Deathstroke acted as security to Kaldur'ahm's life, ordered to activate a controlled explosion within the collar if Miss Martian did not successfully reverse the damage she had caused him. He had control over her powers remotely, initiating her telepathic powers on Black Manta's orders, whilst keeping out of her telepathic range to ensure she did not manipulate his thoughts with her powers.

"Complications"

For more than a month, Deathstroke continued to monitor Miss Martian's progress, giving regular updates to Black Ma
nta, unaware that Kaldur had in fact already been helped and was biding his time to help provide M'Gann with an escape plan.

Giving his final update to Black Manta on the twenty seventh of May, Deathstroke agreed to detonate the bomb if Miss Martian did not complete the repair within 24 hours. He allowed Tigress to go on a break after working a full twelve hours, continuing to keep watch himself.

He alerted Black Manta to Cheshire's attempt on Kaldur's life, activating Miss Martian's collar to block her telepathy, right in the middle of her attempt to call Cheshire off from her attack. He also made a call to Tigress, ordering her to return to fight Cheshire, while he made preparations to board the submarine himself - having lost the
video feed to the room when Miss Martian shot out the security cameras .

Arriving through the airlock just as Cheshire and Sportsmaster began preparing their wet suits for escape, he mockingly asked if they were going to leave without saying "goodbye." The two former partners clashed in a violent fight, with Cheshite acting as her father's backup. Although Lawrence managed to disarm Slade, Deahstroke got him in an arm lock and turned a gun on the latter, however Cheshire intervened with a throwing disk.

Before she can deliver the killing blow, Tigress pounces on her, allowing Deathstroke to get a second wind. He told Tigress to stop "toying" with Cheshire, but was pinned against the wall by his partner under the influence of Miss Martian's telekinesis.

As Miss Martian (in a ploy to help Sportsmater and Cheshire escape unharmed) threatened to kill Deathstroke, the assassin for hire threw explosives at her feet, blasting the young hero back and rushing towards her. In a final move to escape, Miss Martian hurled him back, sending him crashing into Tigress, while the martian used her density shifting to sink through the floor of the sub.

"The Hunt"

Having access to his own Father Box, Deathstroke travelled to the War World via Boom Tube and used two electrified bolas to shock the Reach Soldiers guarding the Crystal Control Key from the Key Chamber. Unlocking the casing with the sentient being from Apokolips, he stole the Key and returned to Earth, taking the loot to Vandal Savage.

"Summit"

However at some point before the Light's summit with the Reach, Deathstroke was captured by Kaldur'ahm and the Team and quitely processed by the authorities. Miss Martian used her powers of shape-shifting to take on his appearance and help Kaldur and Artemis fulfil their undercover mission and destroy the Light's alliance with their alien partners.
