A Weezing belonging to the fifth gym leader of the Kanto Region, Koga, it was used by the self proclaimed "Poisonous Ninja Master" during his numerous battles as the keeper of the Soul Badge. It was his most powerful Pokemon."File Three: Giovanni"
The Poison Gas Pokemon battled against Red, but was very quickly defeated, leaving Koga without any Pokemon. The incapacitated Weezing floated beside their master, as he rewarded Red with his prize.
