Deathstroke - Flashpoint (2011)

Taking advantage of the Atlantean's tidal wave that sunk a large portion of Europe, Deathstroke (Slade Wilson) formed a pirate crew made up of meta-humans, stealing a vessel and using it to plunder stolen banks and museums.

He was respected and feared by his crew, with a long enmity with a rival pirate captain The Warlord.


"Flashpoint Chapter Two"

Sailing his boat through the flooded city of Paris, Deathstroke contacted Eel below deck, demanding to know what Sonar was able to see using his powers of echolocation. When he heard that his tortured crew member was unable to detect anything other than "white blobs", he ordered Eel to electrocute him again.

He was called over by Machiste, who pointed out several ships in the distance. Getting closer, he recognised the flag to be that of the Warlord, demanding that Icicle be on hand to assist them if Plasmus was aboard. However he was horrified by the sight of the destroyed ships and floating bodies, commenting to Clayface that they - just like Morgan's crew - had sailed too far into Europe, now the territory of Emperor Aquaman and his Atlanteans.

Yelling for the crew to prepare to turn the ship around, the craft is suddenly thrown up by a wave, sending him crashing him against the side rail, as Aquaman and Ocean Master board and attack them. He was told that although Deathstroke was not a spy working for the Amazons, the Atlanteans would ensure that none of his crew survived their encounter.
