The Unfinished Red Tornado Unit - Flashpoint: The World of Flashpoint (2011)

The last Red Tornado unit created by Thomas Oscar Morrow, he was built like the others to protect Japan from the fall of civilisation that was spreading across the globe. However before his programming could be completed, Morrow died, leaving him incomplete.

Waiting in Morrow's laboratory, he was unable to recognise or understand that his creator was deceased. Remaining on his own for an unknown period of time, he declared that once his programming was complete, he would stand by his brothers and fulfil the primary purpose that Morrow had commissioned them for.

After detecting Traci Thirteen's arrival to Morrow's Tokyo lab, Red Tornado warned her to "halt" and identify herself, threatening to kill her if she did not do as he commanded. Hearing that she was looking for "a Hermit" (taken from Madame Xanadu's tarot cards), he began to recite the meaning of the word, listing both meanings - both a recluse and a "molasses cookie" - to the confused girl. When asked if he was the one she was looking for, he replied that he was nothing more than a "guardian" waiting to be enlisted into the ranks of the Red Tornadoes.

He told the young magician that Morrow would have wanted him to be of help to her, asking her to wake the doctor up for him, so that he could finish his programming and allow him to accompany her across the world in her mission to stop the H.I.V.E Satellite. Directing her to his creator's wheelchair, he could not process Morrow's death, stating that he wanted to help her and needed to be completed. Traci sadly told him that despite his wishes, the unit was not capable of helping her, teleporting away and leaving him to grieve.
