Wisdom Rossart - Game of Thrones Season Three (2013)

In the final day of Robert Baratheon's Rebellion, after Grand Maester Pycelle persuaded Aerys to open the gate and receive the Lannister army, Rossart stood with the King in the Red Keep and listened to his ravings to use the wildfire against the enemies sacking King's Landing.

However he was killed before he could do so by Jamie Lannister, who was responsible for saving the lives of millions of people, a fact he chose not to tell Lord Eddard Strark as he knew that the latter would judge him no matter what he would say.

"Kissed by Fire"

During his confession about the events of King Aerys II Targaryen's murder, Jamie told Brienne that the "pyromancer" had been ordered to set up their ultimate weapon under various buildings and locations of King's Landing - "under the Sept of Baelor, the streets of Flea Bottom and the Red Keep itself", - ensuring that if the city would fall, all would be consumed by fire.

After giving Jamie the order to "bring him" Tywin Lannister's head, Rossart was instructed to use the Wildfire in order to "burn them all" whether they were fighting in the streets or hiding in their homes.

In an effort to save his family, Jamie used his sword to kill Rossart before he could even act, before killing Aerys as he tried to flee.
