Rossart - A Dance with Dragons (2011)

Apart of King Aerys II Targaryen's small council, Aerys II relied heavily on the council of Lord Chelsted and Rossart. He eventually murdered Chelsted for quitting his position as Hand to the King, giving the title to his most favourite pyromancer.

Both where dead a fortnight later, killed by Jamie Lannister after they both decreed the head of Tywin.


"Epilogue"

While thinking back to the days of King Aerys II Targaryen and Robert's Rebellion during his last ever Small Council meeting, Kevan Lannister remarked that if Aerys II's pride and paranoia did not get the better of him - choosing to listen to the council of Lord Chelsted and Rossart after the Battle of the Bell, rather than Tywin, - House Targaryen would not have been extinct, as it was House Lannister that orchestrated the Sacking of King's Landing and the eventual destruction of the "Mad King's" reign.
