A wild dragon renowned for his taste for the flesh of dead lamb and mutton, Sheepstealer (as the name suggested) tended to hunt and snatch the woolen mammals from their pens. He was noted for looking "plain" with "brown" scales.After Rhaenyra and Jacaerys promised to bestow titles and land to the illegitimate Targaryen children (Dragonseed) who could befriend the riderless dragons (himself, Cannibal and Grey Ghost), Alyn of Hull attempted to train Sheepstealer for himself. However he deemed the young boy to be unworthy, burning his legs and back with fire. After several other bastards of the Targaryen family tried to tame him, he eventually became friendly to Nettles, who had gained his trust by bringing him mutton on a regular basis.
He was ridden by Nettles during the Dance of Dragons, fighting in the name of Princess Rhaenyra and her legion. But they did not remain loyal to her cause for long, flying off into the sky, never being seen by anybody again.
